Guided self-care for resisters who are ready to be the change we’ve been promised.
“Peace doesn’t mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.” (Author Unknown)
Hey y’all.
We all know the promise of America is not the reality for everyone. We’re seeing that play out in real time. The election wasn’t the end of something; it was the beginning.
We know that this IS America; the country has been here before.
We’re strategizing to hold a Joe Biden administration accountable to the people who elected them.
We need a practice to sustain us so we can commit for the long haul and have a life.
No matter what the establishment wants, the old normal is gone. The old normal didn’t work for MOST of us. But we can’t change things without help from people who were fine with the old ways.
We’ve got so much work do to and we’re already tired. Not just tired, but…
We know we can’t keep running on anger and fear. So we have to reclaim our own capacity.
I know right now, you feel like…
This is why I’ve developed Calm in the Chaos, guided self-care training for resisters like you.
Calm in the Chaos is designed to help you:
It’s TIME for you to exhale. It’s TIME for you to know how to channel your strength for the change that you’ve been promised. It’s TIME to do something that will make everything else easier.

Calm in the Chaos is made for you to recover your energy, expand your time, and bring your strength to the fight again.

Let’s do this.

Delilah –
I was surprised that I learned something new about myself. That self care doesn’t have to be hard. Really trying different things in the course you will find something that will benefit you and improve your daily life. Be real with yourself. It was not a waste of time.
