I’ll suggest ways I can best help you, and we’ll decide how we can work together. If I’m not the best fit for you, I’ll try to make a referal.

Group Coaching

Possibilities & Purpose is an intensive 8-week course that takes you from feeling overwhelmed and directionless to feeling calm and having a solid foundation to for making decisions. You’ll have a plan to move your life in the right direction.

Lessons are published at the start of each week, so participants can move through the assignments at their own pace. We’ll have a weekly coaching call to discuss the assignments and each participant will get individual attention.

Registration will end at least a week before the course begins to allow time for you to receive your supply kit. No particular skills are necessary. Just bring an open mind and a willingness to get out of your comfort zone. At the end of the session, you’ll have a record of your journey.

Module 1: Get Calm

If we want any real changes to stick, the first thing we need to do is slow down and calm down. So we’ll learn some simple meditation, get clear on where our stress is coming from, and talk about how to improve our resiliency.

Module 2: Go Deeper

Now that we’re calm, let’s go deeper by exploring other methods of meditation. Let’s get creative and silly. Laughter and art are good for brainstorming and stress relief.

Module 3: Self-Awareness

How well do your private and public selves match up. Are you the same person in public as you are at home? If not, how far apart are those personalities? Do you want them to be closer?

Module 4: Time Awareness

Are you fully engaged in life or do you live on autopilot? Let’s figure out where your time is going.

Module 5: Your Values

Are you living your values? If a stranger watched your life, would they know what your values are? If not, why not?

Module 6: Your Accomplishments

As we work towards the things we want, it’s always a good idea to remember how far we’ve come. You’ve done a lot!

Module 7: Your Statement

What statement summarizes who you are and where you’re going?

Module 8: Who Are You Becoming?

Who are you becoming? Where is your focus? How will you get there?

Get calm so you can get clarity. With clarity, you can see who you are and figure out what needs to change so you can become who you want to be.

  • Registration will close at least a week before the course begins so you can receive your package in time for the first week. Your package will include most of the supplies you need for the course. No excuses not to complete an assignment if you have the supplies!
  • Modules will be released at the beginning of each week.
  • We’ll have a group coaching call each week where all participants will receive individual attention.
  • You’ll have access to a closed Facebook group where everyone can support each other and you’ll be able to ask questions in between coaching calls.
  • Each participant will get a 45 minute 1-on-1 reading.
  • You’ll finish with a completed journal of exercises and art projects to document your journey.


1: Get Calm – You have to get calm before you make any changes. Otherwise, you just create more stress.

2: Go Deeper – Check out some out-of-the-box meditation. Learn the Zentangle Method, and let’s have some fun with art supplies.

3: Self-Awareness – If you’re signed up for this course, I’m sure you have some self-awareness. But are you clear on who you are and what you want?

4: Time Awareness – How much of your life do you spend on autopilot? How much are you engaged?

5 : Your Values – Do you live your life in a way that everyone knows your values?

6: Your Accomplishments – It always feels good to remember how far we’ve come. Ir reminds us that we can do this, even if it’s hard. It’s a good way to see if we’ve been on the right path all along.

7: Your Statement – What statement summarizes who you are and where your life is headed?

8: Who Are You Becoming? This isn’t the end. You’re just getting started. Who are you becoming?
