How it Works

This free 30-day challenge will help you let go of anxiety, introduce you to meditation if you haven’t tried it, and help you get in the habit (or back in the habit) of meditating regularly.

Each weekday, you’ll get an email with a short video demonstrating a simple tip to help you relax.

After you try it out, leave a comment in the Facebook group about your experience.

You’ll notice the difference on day 1. Imagine how you’ll feel on day 30!
